Prizes for Google-complaints

I am not sure if this is true, but some of the things in the picture are quite cool. Still, I doubt it is, because I have complained a lot about Google Desktop Search in the past (and have posted quite a few complaints and suggestions on the group too), but I haven't received anything (sometimes not even answers). Maybe it was my mistake that I tried suggesting also solutions [blink/].
